Now Hiring - Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist in Morton Grove, IL

We are a fast-growing interior remodeling company looking for a talented Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns and developing effective strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Determine the proper media channels for marketing based on cost and results, in order to maximize the impact of the marketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads at an efficient cost. This includes analyzing and monitoring campaign data and metrics to identify which channels are delivering the best results and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly
• Write and design marketing materials, including product descriptions, sales collateral, and email campaigns
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Manage and maintain our social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments and messages
• Create and script unique value propositions that communicate our products and services effectively
• Identify new and innovative ways to distribute educational material on our revolutionary interior door replacement process
• Manage and track lead generation efforts across all channels, including email, social media, and advertising
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary marketing materials to close deals
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
• Collaborate with our outside marketing partners to optimize our impact and reach to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or lead generation role
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and lead generation tools
• Understanding of sales processes and how to create marketing materials to support the sales team
• Passion for interior design and home renovation is a plus
